What are you eating? You could eat very little but if you're eating the wrong food you can still put on weight. You'd be better off eating a lot of healthy food than very little but unhealthy food.

Well something's clearly not right and it could be simply that you're not eating enough. If you don't eat enough your body goes into starvation mode and retains fat. But actually putting on weight.. I'm not sure to be honest. What exercise are you doing? Mainly cardio or weight training?

Could be a thyroid/metabolism problem. Go to your GP and tell them.

The thyriod gland controls metabolism, which controls weight gain. An underactive thyroid will not let you lose weight and you may even gain it, even if you are fit and healthy.

Oh yes.. do you have any other symptoms of an underactive thyroid (ie feeling cold/tired a lot of the time)?

You're eating more than you think you are - weigh your food and follow the guidelines on the packet.

It could just be you- everyone is different, and your body will react in different ways to eating a certain amount. If you're really worried, see a doctor.
