I was just wondering what do guys look for in a girl in both looks and personality?

There's always the 'being an adult' approach. Why would it even cross someone's mind to play stupid games? Just go out and have fun and see what happens.

Someone with a sense of humor, someone who's pretty enough in your own eyes, despite what others think. Individual other things that you like...someone who you can just be yourself with/totally comfortable with.

That is an extremely good point however.... i have been mucked around by a few moronic blokes and therefore im never sure whether to let my guard down so it would be nice to know how he feels so i do not make a complete prat out of myself. I feel this is also a valid point is it not? easier to deflect rejection than take it!

I think those 'hard to get' games are just pointless, it's not even exciting or challenging and it would definitely be nice if some guys just tell us how they feel.I think the whole point of why some lads do it is because they don't know whether they like you or not. I've been messed around once and hated it. :frown:

It's not letting your guard down, it's just having fun and not thinking too deeply about anything. You don't have to either 'play hard to get' or fall at his knees begging him to father your children- there's plenty of middle ground which won't involve you getting hurt. I'd just go out assuming it's just a friends thing then see what he does, he if makes advances and they're agreeable to you then reciprocate- it needn't be more complicated than that.

yeah i agree with you, and what you say about guys not telling girls how they feel is true too, although personally i don't mind letting them know although this is usually after having been quite flirtatious with them
