no it can't.
you get an enlarged prostate then you feel the need to go, and a sense of incomplete voiding.

this person says they go to the toilet alot and doesn't really need to.
If you continue to keep going to the toilet when you don't really need to (and when i say don't really need to i don't mean you aren't bursting, but just that you haven't felt the 'i need a wee' sensations) then you bladder will shrink and become more sensitive to fullness.
then what'll happen is you'll be more likely to suffer problems as you get older from having a tiny bladder.

What you need is bladder drill to stop this before it starts (prevention better than cure).
from now on only go to the toilet when you start to really need to.

thats because you brain is telling you how sodding embarrasing it will be if you need to go half way through a presentation.

i have fallen asleep through many a presentation and meeting. its horrible (more the fact you wake up with a jump and everyone realises you were asleep)

Some people are more sensitive to the feeling of bladder fullness, whereas others, like me, can go for hours without feeling the need to urinate.

I can't see it being that much of a problem, unless you are forcing it out, which cannot be good for you, or there is an underlying reason why you feel you must keep going.

I wouldn't worry though- I doubt it's anything more than sensitivity to feeling full. My best friend probably urinates every 2-3 hours- it's all a matter of preference.

Its not bad for you, goin to the toilet a lot. Your kidneys are desinged to filter the water and other substances from you blood so there aint any problem there i dont think, they're just doin an efficient job by the sounds of it. I dont advise trying to squeeze a wee out but im sure it cant be doing you any harm.
