money taken out of bank account for phone insurance Watch

    • Thread Starter

I am currently with T-mobile on a monthly phone contract and they are charging me 7.99 per month for insurance, Just noticed it on my bank statement.

Can I go to the bank and ask them to cancel that payment?

It depends - did you authorize it?

If not, ring your bank and say you didn't authorize it.

Also, how did you purchase the phone/contract, and when?

You can usually cancel in the first three months I believe. This was the case with my girlfriend's iphone insurance with Tmobile.

just right to the insurance company its with and cancel it as for the payment thats already gone through i dont think you can have any charge backs issued on it im afriad but ring your bank and ask
