I know this is really stupid especially at my age but I’ve been thinking about marriage quite a lot- all of mates are going out with guys for fun but I don’t see the point-is there something wrong with me? When I get into a relationship- I’m serious about it and one of my mains aims is to make it work. Well, anyway as I was saying-I was just wandering if I’m the only one who’s like this? And that’s another thing-I don’t really go for looks (although that helps) but personality –my friends think I’m mental-“Go have fun!! Who gives a DAMN bout their personality?” They only care about how the guy looks? Tell me what u think…
I dont think you are the only person who thinks like that but then again theres nothing wrong with going out with someone for fun. Only makes you more experienced in terms of relationships.
I think once people hit a certain age those with a reasonable amount of intelligence and maturity start thinking whether that person is someone they would be prepared to spend their life with.

all i'm saying is damn why arent there more girls like you, i mean yeah its all well and good having fun, but sometimes you just need that somone, looks like youve got a good head on those shoulders of yours
and no your not alone in this line of thinking, admittedly i'm a bloke but ifeel the same way, if your in a relationship then you wanna make it last and be wonderful, but yeah just my opinion,
but yeah dammit the world needs more ladies like you
Hi I don't feel I want to get married yet but I'm like you in the realtionship bit. When I get together with someone I really focus on trying to make it last for as long as it can, I much prefer long meaningful loving relationships to more fun temperary ones.
of course a love relationship is much better than just pulling loads of randoms or going out with people just for fun...anyone thinking otherwise will eventually fall into that frame of mind, so dw bout it

Are you not the one who was in love with that actor who is going to be in those Anthony Horowitz films? If you are not that person then I would say it is something to do with global warming or you have bird flu but I can't be sure, ask the GP to give you the relevant tests or possibly you are just a lot wiser than most of your friends and there is nothing wrong with that.

Exactly the same! For me, relationships are based (or would be based!) on deep feeling, and I have often thought about marriage and family, I'm just not personally fond of a lifestyle of dating a girl for 5 minutes, there is no emotional fulfillment within that...but perhaps that is just me being naive, having never experienced any such kind of attraction. In any case, hold to your own true self and value your own opinions, not how they fit in society and your age group. In any case it isn't "abnormal" and you should follow the path you believe in.

you sir are so liked minded its scary, damn straight if you dont like how i think, fine leave me alone, i dont judge you by how you think so dont judge me, but yeah you definitely need emotional fulfillment else the relationship is practically meaningless
