Recovery

I am on the following creatine cycle.

Week 1: Load. Weeks 2-8: Maintain. Week 9: Off. Week 10: Load again. Weeks 11-14: Off.
Repeat

The cycle works well for me as it does for many guys at the. It's just I'm part way through week 13 ie: have 10 days to go until the cycle starts agian but am already feeling overtrain. I am natural, train 5 times a week on a 3 day split. Can anyone recommend anything other than reloading that would help my short term recovery without reducing training?

You don't know what it does, obviously not what it IS either. Creatine is found in loads of natural foods, eg RED MEAT.
I guess stone age hunter-gatherers were drug users to you, huh.
