It's unfortunate you are going through this confusing time. Do you want a relationship full stop? You might be the kind of person who is more interested in the emotional bonding in a relationship.

You must also ask yourself the question: "Are you happy this way?" because if you are fine at the moment then don't worry. You might also try looking at some sites on the web or reading books about sexual psychology. I'm sure there must be material that will help you.

As for the 'enjoying pain' stuff.....is that without sex. Are you saying you like sex when this is a part of it or you just like it on its own?

If this problem gets really bad for you i would advise seeing a psychologist or phoning a help-line. They might be able to give you the best advice.

I don't think this is abnormal. It's perhaps not so common at your age but certainly nothing to be ashamed of. Be proud of who you are!

If you enjoy these things and you find a partner who enjoys them as well then good luck to you. If anybody ever tries to criticise you for your preferences in this field always remember that variety is what makes our world interesting. Like I say, if you like it and are happy with these feelings then be proud of yourself.

This might be heading completely in the wrong direction, but have you ever had feelings for women? You can't be completely without a sex drive if you do get 'something' from thoughts of dominance etc. Strange, because with boys they can go to the doctor and get told that there is something quite wrong with them, but it is accepted more for girls...does anyone have any statistics on that? Are women more likely to have low sex drives?
