Its the 29th of February..... How will you be celebrating? Holding a pagan party? lying in bed all day? or just generally treating it as any other day? Maybe you could do a lot of leaping about.

When you said "being proposed to" I thought it emant NOW, as in just past the leap day. And yes, I didi think it was a bit wierd.

why is it weird?
It is traditionally the only day a woman can propose to a man. What a load of sh*t though.

no its tradional, from a long time ago, that women are 'allowed' to propose to men today as they weren't before.
