Whats his problem

this is about a situation my cousin is in which i can't comprehend, so i need some light shed on it for both our sakes lol

this guy likes my cousin and he got his friend to tell her and basically ask her out for him, while the guy was there (immature but they are 15) my cousin said maybe and thought abt it over the weekend and she figured out she does like the guy but wasnt sure whether to go out with him. She didnt see the guy and his friend at all on monday, but yesterday the guy was all over her but she moved away as she didnt wanna give him the wrong idea. Well last night she decided she does wanna go out with him and was gonna tell him 2 his face and not his friend, but when he saw her through a window he ran off, and then at lunch they were in a grp of friends and the guy wasnt sure to spk 2 her and he looked to his friend who told him not to bother so he left it!....what is goin on does he like her or what!

but why does he need his friends validation to talk 2 her

he talks to other girls freely apparantly and was even flirtin with some other guy's girlf infront of my cousin today....the boy is either really shy or just a prick!

Tell her to leave it. If he likes her he'll come around in time, if not she's better off without him. Believe me, I've experienced the whole shebang with my last "ex". About six months ago i met this amazing boy, my friend's boyfriends flatmate. I was shocked when I found out he liked me too and when he asked me out I said yes. However, before the first date he called it off with no reason. I saw him again a month later and he said he hadn't got over his ex and that he genuinely did like me. So of course we end up going out for a few weeks but then he pulls the same trick again. I was ripping. However, on NYE we met again (for what is hopefully the last time). He tells me that he can't handle being in a relationship full stop and that he knows that he had to end it because he was only going to hurt me. Then, he kissed me. I ended it on the spot.
If this guy is truly worth it he'll make the time for your cousin and treat her like a gent. If not: his loss. :p:
