Pill Question, changing times with the clocks going forward.

This might sound confusing, well here goes...I've been on Cerazette nearly 5 months and I've been told to take it half an hour early on Sunday night to my usual time. My usual time is 7.00pm but it would be 8.00pm on Sunday night due to the clocks going forward an hour. My mum told me I can take it at 7.30pm on sunday then 7.00pm on monday night. I'm wanting to do this because I'd like to keep my time 7.00pm because its better for me and I've got used to it. Is this an ok thing to do? Thanks.

just take it at 7pm on sunday normal time. the world's clocks might change but your body clock is still the same.plus delaying or taking it earlier by an hour really won't make a difference,it'll still protect you from getting pregnant.

who told you to take it earlier? the best option would always be to talk to your GP about it, but with what I take (cilest) you can go 12 hours missing it after your usual time (as in if you're meant to take it at 7, but forget and take it at 12 it will still work) so I don't see why you can't just take it at the actual time 7pm, without having to go for that intermediate as your body should get used to the change and 30min shouldn't make much of a difference, but every pill is different and I've never been on that one, so best option is ring up your GP and ask

when the clocks went back last year we got an extra hour in bed,so we're moving the clocks forward so really losing an hour in bed. and i'm guessing sunday from the original poster's post.
