i heard that, at one of the colleges, there is a party once a year, at which everybody wears only underwear (if anything at all) - true?

.....although not many people could tell you why as most people can never remember much about it due to the humongous amounts of alcohol consumed.......

But the general theme is that the guys dress as girls and the girls, well, don't wear alot..
