    yes ive plotted ln k against 1/T for different temps of yeast+H2O2. its just that because the ROR only increase up to 40 degrees C do i only take the gradient of the line up to this point as after that there is no longer a straight line?

    also have worked out act energy when using KI as a catalyst which gave me 62 kJmol-1 when the actual value is known to be 57 kJmol-1 just wondered how i could explain the slight difference.
