Breast problem.

I have this issue in that they are just too big. I'm a size 10/12 depending on the shop, and I'm 5'11.5'' (to be precise!) and a 32/34DD bust. The problem is thta my breasts are really quite saggy, and they hang too low and make me look weird. I've been fitted for bras and I've just bought a new one and it's not doing anything at all. Just wondering if anyone had any ideas- I'm not having surgery!!!!

there isn't much you can do. you could have surgery, but judging by your final comment on your post, that isn't what you want.

you could try going swimming to tighten up the muscles in your bust area.. well, underneath, and that can make your boobies get a little smaller - though it would take a lot of swimming - at the same time you would be toning up all other muscles too

other than swimming, i can't think of anything else.. but i know that works. i used to do a lot of swimming and my boobs were a nice size.. as soon as i stopped, they got bigger.
swimming and ladies push ups to strengthen the pectoral muscles, or the preferred method, find a guy who loves you and your 'imperfections' and then you wont be so self conscous, but yeah swimming and push ups

good luck:smile:

if you strengthen the pectoral muscles, surely boobs wont get smaller? as the muscles behind will be bigger so boobs would, er, stick out more?

You'd have to work quite a lot to make your pecs that noticeably bigger. What they will do is support the ligaments your breasts attach by much more, and make them lift more. It would actually make them perkier, so they would look bigger, you're right - but it reduces the sagging problem.
Wonder bras...miracles !

breasts are mainly fat, they wont suddenly stop them being saggy and become perky from pressups and swimming.

Thank you all for your replies- I think I will have to invest in a good bra- I don't want to look slaggy though- does anyone have any suggestions?
wear a push up bra, not necessarily a padded one, but an uplift one. La Senza do some good ones, make sure you're fitted for it so it sits right. Also though, try and accept yourself, instead of focussing on your breasts, you should remind yourself of all your good qualities (including those in your personality!).

have you ever seen an olympic swimmer with big boobs? no.
(though then again, atheletes generally have little or no bust..)
hey, you could try running.. mm. iget how that would work but it is hard to explain.
i have the same problem.. they arent saggy.. just big.. and its so hard to find bras fit.. so i understand your problem.. but i am as clueless as you are.. is there really a way to reduce the bust size apart from sugery..?

Welcome to my world... I'm size 8/10 and bra size 30G, and 5ft 5 in height. There is no miracle cure without surgery - we just have to live with it. Mine have always been big but got way bigger when I went on the Pill; I don't want to come off the Pill though because my periods were excrutiating before I went on it. :frown:

Swimming does help, i swam for 12 years and had a small bust, since i stopped 18months ago i have grown quite a bit. Toning up muscles will help will just take some time
