I always find that if I stay up for a while having a hot drink and some water after I get in I feel much better in the morning.

Luckily, I never get bad hangovers but I'm told they get worse as you get older. :frown:

Oh crap....thats for that! I'm gunna have to die young now :frown: lol.

Ok, after a few years of happy drinking practice, I suggest in order of effectivness:

1.) More sleep (obviously only a goer if you can waste all day).
2.) Force drink a ton of water, vomit, water, vomit until feeling better.
3.) A fry up.
4.) 2 paracetemol and a 30 minute hot bath with music.
5.) A nice brisk walk in the cold with MP3 player on.

The worst thing for hangovers:

1.) Car trips.
2.) Being kept awake.
3.) Unsympathetic friends.
