GCSE Bio Coursework
Has anyone done the experiment with trypsin and milk powder, where you test the effect of temperature?
I did it last week, but the lab tech at my school is like a total incompetent and I think it was wrong. It said on the worksheet that it was supposed to go clear, and it didnt, it said that you were supposed to use the same concentrations but he didnt, we used a mixture of 1 and 2 molar solutions for both the trypsin and the caesin. Does anyone have their results for this experiment? what was SUPPOSED to happen?
