Saying the wrong name

I have a really good friend (we're just friends, nothing more) called Sarah. I used to like her, but I decided that it'd be best long term just to stay as friends. But are we best friends in the sense that I tell her everything, and have a great great friendship with her.

Anyway tonight I was out with another friend, and I couldn't stop calling her Sarah. It was really weird, whenever I said her name, out came Sarah instead. Thankfully, she saw the funny side in it, but it really freaked me out. Almost every time I said Sarah (about 7 out of 9 perhaps)

So to the psychologists out there, I'm wondering. Does this mean I still have feelings for her that I've just possibly suppressed? I should imagine it means that I think about her an awful lot, I don't know really. Does anybody think it means anything, or have any ideas to try and stop myself from doing this happening again?

No it doesn't mean you secretly have feelings for Sarah.

Solution: Think before you speak.
