ok well, im not amazingly fat or anything, but i could do with losing a few lbs, but i seem to get quite alot of fat in the nipple area, thust giving me man boobs. The thing is when i notice my stomach is getting flatter, the top area of my chest doesnt seem to. Is there anyway to reduce the size of them, i just feel really uncomfortable with them. Thanks
hmm i do that, well mainly sit ups, but it doesnt seem to help. I was thinking maybe going to the doctors, what would they say though, im kind of embarressed about it tbh.
Doing sit-ups is going to build up the abdominal muscles, thus making you appear slimmer and more toned around the chest area. You need to do more upper body work; try going to the gym and getting them to work out a personal programme for you depending on what areas you want to focus on

Its no good just doing pressups you need to burn the fat by endurance excersise like jogging.
do some excercise, go on a cals deficit diet and stop the beer as it has a high oestrogen effect which means it can cause women growth on the males body, such as fat and water being held around the chest area.
you can always buy some weights from argos for about £20...then search on the net for excercises you can do with them. There should be an instruction booklet that comes with them with some excercises to try out.
It's only if you do loads and loads excessively. If you work them in for a bit of rotation within your routine then it's fine, pressups are only a problem if you do loads of them everyday
Its either the way your body stores its fat(around your chest) or you could have something called gynocomastia(sp?), are your nipples tender, do they have a hard lump behind them?
