Sexual Frustation and Missing Ex !

Hi people, sorry for posting this anonymous, but i know quite a few people on here and would rather them not know certain things! Anyway, I've split up with my ex girlfriend for about a couple of weeks now, and I am really getting frustrated sexually....we used to have sex around every weekend (we lived far apart) and now its nothing...i dont know what to do, it sounds really stupid, but if you experience it, it proper annoys you ! Anyway, what can I do? Obviously I can help myself, but Im not really the most keen person on doing things to myself...so what shall i do? Also, to make things worse I REALLY miss her, Id rather have her back then sex, or even just a hello from her...I havent spoke to her for two weeks, and its really gettin to me now. Please someone offer advice on both matters! Thank you....A boy with a broken heart .. :frown:

thanks for your quick reply ! problem with that is, her usual number has been off...i have a feeling that she has changed her phone number coz of me....i could try her house phone, but i dont really feel like talking to her parents, they were quite informed about our relationship and dont really want to talk to them...she lives quite far, so i cant just turn up because she might be out...so what do you people think i should do? my frustation is starting to get worse again !! lol, tell me the ideas!!

Actually to be honest, I know what you mean. People always think that your feelings for someone are necessarily detached from your sexual desire for them. The two are very close and are intertwined.

if u guys split up over a misunderstanding(big or small), mayb u shld write her a letter explaining everything, go over to her place and give it to her personally

the reson im suggesting a letter is bcoz sometimes u might b able to express urself better when u have time to think and write down ur thoughts and they(ur thoughts) might b clearer than in a conversation where emotions are running high and there might b resentment, hurt, frustration, etc

but then, thats just my advice :smile:

I think you ought to write her a letter or an email, as many have suggested, explaining everything exactly (i.e. the bad thing that made you break up). Make it clear in there that you are being honest, and if she stll refuses to believe you, then you wll not pester her any more.

As long as she reads it, the ball's in her court, and if she doesn't believe you, then there's not much you can do, sorry. At which point you have to begin accepting that at somepoint you may get over her. And start that journey.

In terms of sexual frustration: she's not gonna go near you untl you're at least on speaking terms so you either
- stick it out, wait for a reaction from a letter
- accept you're broken up and go about trying to relieve that frustration, avenues for which, there are many.

If they have split up I strongly suggest he doesn't message her asking for phone sex. I think your right that he should text and maybe talk to her- staying friends could help. That aside, switch on some porn and take that puppy for a ride, tehehee.
