Very stressed, argh. JUst went down and had three glasses of water, and now I'm having a glass of juice, but I still feel hungry. Can't even feel the weight of it in my stomach
If you are going to eat loads it needs to be filling but not fattening, and damn healthy. My problem was eating cr*p (bread, snack-a-jacks, chocolate, muffins etc). But idealy you need to stop eating so much, not just substitute what you eat.
WOW, is 3 glasses of fluid doesnt fill you, its psycological hunger. Ive had it before, lol, i always get it b4 exams. I put on a stone! It will hopefully pass soon.

i get this all of the time, i eat heaps and then feel guilty and then am very very very careful for ages then go back to eating lots, i dont just eat lots a lot. its really annoying, i weighed 50kg a couple of weeks ago and i am too scared to look at the scales now! i hope it's exam stress, though this has been going on ages!
It could also be a form of worms - there's a kind which use up all the energy and nutrients, leaving you hungry all the time. Probs best to wikipedia it and go to your doctor...

It sounds like ur gettin a bit paranoid bout food. If you give it less atention ull gradually feel less stressed bout it. 50kg is tiny, you have nothing to worry about, unless ur 3ft tall, lol!

nah, i am 5foot 3ish. i don't think i am that paranoid, ive never seen it that way anyway. there are people at school soo much smaller than i am so i dont think i am paranoid. i really like your user name!!!!!
are you aeting a lot of carbs and refined sugar? they can make you feel more hungry. try protein rich snacks like nuts which should make you feel fuller for longer.
