Received clearing offer but they haven't updated my track

So I got an offer through clearing on the 13th July onto the course I really want (by email). There were two conditions; add the university to my UCAS track using my clearing choice within 24hrs and send them copies of my GCSE/A Level/BTEC qualifications. I updated my track within 10 minutes to get it done, and sent off my certificates the next day, getting an email as a receipt of them receiving them on the 18th. I haven't had any update from them on track, should I give them a ring or wait it out for a little bit?

Ring them to ask when you can expect things to show on Track. Ask for names/job titles of the person you speak to and write it down along with when they say you should expect to see something.
