Tooth Fillings

Hi
Do most people under 25 have fillings in their teeth? Its just I see so many images of actresses with perfect teeth that its making me paranoid that im unusual for having a big filling in one of my teeth.
Anyone else got them?

I have loads of fillings. Which is a bit embarrassing. I got about 8! :redface:

you can get tooth coloured ones so they don't notice though, thats probs what celebs do.

I haven't got a big filling in my teeth, but I would have three if it wasn't for the fact that they were too bad to repair and had to be pulled out (I'm 15). I think most people have fillings.

I've got two. I bet actresses don't really have perfect teeth, they just have the money for private dentists, clear fillings and cosmetic dentistry!

hi, i do.but remember they probably pay for preventitive dental care, have them polished and whitened by a dentist regularly and its quite easy if you have the $$$ these days to get your teeth replaced so theyre perfect. ive got **** teeth, that are naturally yellow. but you shouldnt bother, people dont really notice.....

I've got white fillings, so you can't see them. I don't even remember which teeth they're in baceause I can't see them! I'm sure celebs have fillings, just the white ones, and they are loaded so have the money for specialist treatment.

I havent got any at the moment, but i can see a small hole in one of back teeth and it often hurts when i drink water, or something really cold. do fillings hurt...?

hahahah. It woudl be very strange if you saw actersses' fillings...they're inside the mouth...not outside! Lol yeah fillings happen, you need them if you're worried about your tooth decaying. But acresses don't have fillings taht you can see. They're just special sheets of material that cover the teeth and keep them very white. good luck tho

Chewing ice can damage your teeth....

I don't have any fillings, but I wouldn't be suprised if most actresses do, most of the celebs with perfect white smiles are wearing veneers. My mums the practice manager at a dentist so I get to work there over the summer, you see lots of young girls getting fillings so I shouldn't worry, if you want white fillings at the back of your mouth though the NHS won't play for them so you'll have to go private, they only pay for the easily visible ones x
