At St John's. Still haven't read some book by Thomas Hardy. It's cool, I managed to get through my UCL interview just fine w/out having read it...

Join the club - still need to finish Lolita and miraculously come up with wonderfully insightful things to say about the psychoanalytical approach to literary criticism.
********. They're going to slaughter me :frown:

does anyone know if there's going to be a lot to do in between the interviews? I mean, is something going to be organised or do we just entertain ourselves?

I was wondering this. Pub? :awesome:

It's a shame interviews could be at any time. Imagine having a wild night out and then getting back to the JCR to discover you have an 8am interview the next day... Bad times.

haha i'd definitely be up for doing something, especially if I'm there for 5 days! It said on my letter that I have to be back in the college by 11 every night, but i guess there'd still be things to do before that.

I'm getting more and more nervous the more I think about it! I keep thinking of things I can do to help prepare, but I've got so much going on this week I've got no time :frown:

Also, are there any other Christ Church potentials here? I seem to be the only one for English...

I think I'm the only one for Jesus from TSR, glittergulch!

Keble College represent! I hope there are a few other TSR users there. We should develop some sort of handshake or stark identifying feature.

Are you guys going to take laptops?

Haha how about we have a code word. Like when someone asks you your name: "Hi, I'm Bethan. BANANA!". If they look at you stupid, their not from TSR

And nah, I'm just going to use the old iPhone

God bless smartphones.

Reply 58

Hell to you all and your smartphones. Bagsee borrowing one of them to check my faceboo- Oh God. My priorities...

Beth: I like the banana idea. I think we should all try it out with the tutors interviewing us. Just incase. It might be like a freemason thing, once they hear 'banana' and make the TSR link it'll be plain saaaaaaaaaaailing. Right? Right??
