Odd Question...

I was just gargling some mouthwash, no different to how I usually do, and yet I nearly choked, because I was just sick. I don't feel ill, I still don't feel ill (apart from the feeling of having sick in my nose). I never throw up. I hate it that much, I stop myself. So... Are they linked?! Can gargling mouthwash actually make you sick!?

(This is anon because I feel like an idiot asking this!)

I suppose it's like what bulimics do to make themselves sick. Stick their fingers down their throat.

The mouthwash probably hit a spot on your throat that triggered your gag reflex (like fingers do for a bulimic) and caused you to vomit everywhere.

Yay.
