Maybe you should see a doctor? Surely if you need to go so soon your body hasn't got all the goodness it needs from the food you have eaten?

I eat 3 healthy, balanced meals a day.. But I need to "go" shortly after every single meal..

Im not overweight and I don't over eat.

Is it normal??
You may have something wrong with your digestion passage (stomach, intestines etc.). If food passes through you that quicky - something's not right. I would go to the doctor.
I struggle to do 1 every day, let alone 4! :p:
I have the same problem!! I go once first thing in the morning, and then after lunch and again after dinner, and then sometimes before I go to bed. I hadnt really thought about if it was a problem before.

To quote the inimitable 'Pub Landlord';

It's not normal!

i wouldnt be so hasty in saying its not normal, maybe twice a day. Roughly food is ment to take around 7hours to digest i believe.
So what you eat for dinner normally builds up till morning, what you eat at morning and lunch leaves before bed.

unlesss your a girl, girls are wierd, sometimes they go only twice a week. dont understand that myself.
I have the opposite problem, I only go about once a week, and then I defecate a lot of it that has built up in the rectum - I just don't feel the need to go every day.

Have you always been like this? If its normal for you then its ok but if its a big change go to the doctors.

Maybe you should cut down on your intake of fibre. If you've recently changed diets from something really bad to healthy, it may be an increased intake of fibre that's messing with your bowels. I'd also recommend seeing a doctor.
Hmm do u eat a lot of fibre?? see the doc!!
Unless you don't eat a lot of fibre I wouldn't be worried. I eat lots of fibre so I go quite a bit.

Actually, yeah I have tried to increase my intake of fibre of late, but I wouldn't have thought it was so much I'd need to go so much, so often.

Is too much fibre just as bad as not enough??

Yeah, I'd advise you to cut down to a small amount, and slowly increase the amount of fibre you eat over a period of a few weeks. This is more than likely what is causing the excessive poohing.
I'm the opposite - I tend to go once every 3 or 4 days.

This happened to me last year - didn't think anything of it. Went to the doctor some months later for a blood test, and it turned out I had an overactive thyroid. Always best to get these things checked out if unsure.

*Edit - some moths later?! I can't type!*
i eat 3 meals a day, but i also snack sort of constantly. i sometimes go up to 5 times a day  never that much tho each time. ive sort of always been like this, never really worried about it though it does make me slightly self conscious. maybe i should try and see what happens if i dont go so often? i dont know

As of the timing of breakfast and the first bus in my college(s) arrangement l always go after breakfast but often l'm not quite ready so i'll go again at 10.20ish (morning break). l MUST go after breakfast but often things go wrong if i don't wait 5-10 mins.

Are you doing 3/4 full sizers, or bit-by-bit may l ask?

I guess the number of times varies depending on your digestion rate and stuff. If it's always been like that, and doesn't cause any discomfort, I can't see why anything would be wrong.
