I think I'm paranoid
I when out with some friends the other week and my best friend wasn't there. My bf didn't turn up. I then thought to myself my bestfriend and my bf are together.
I phone my friend I found she was babysitting her little sister. I txt my bf he said he was sick.

has anything else hapened to make you think they'd be together?? if this is the only time you've had this feeling then id say yes you are para, if they normally flirty/if this happens regularly then talk to your bf. but TALK dont accuse!!
