I recently managed a drop in my BMI from 19 to just under 16.
I know this is sometimes labelled 'unhealthy' - but a simple lifestyle change has really affected my life.
I feel so much more full of energy and confidence - managed to get a promotion at work.
More friends, feel more at ease with myself, can wear beautiful feminine clothes that I didn't have the confidence to wear before.
At weddings and parties I'm always getting complimented on how beautiful I look, never happened before. I just seemed to go unnoticed.
A BMI of 16 isn't necessarily unhealthy for everyone. I've never felt better!
If you're considering changing your image by losing / gaining weight go ahead and try. It can have amazing results!!
