Hobbycraft Interview

I have an assessment session with Hobbycraft next week, and it's a job I'm hoping to get as I am very passionate about creative works. If anyone has been to one of these, could they please give me some pointers on what to expect and how to prepare?

Would this happen to be for the Telford Store that is opening, as I also have an interview this wednesday for them. Really excited and keeping my fingers crossed that i'm successful because i'm also passionate about all things art and craft.
