Depends. You have a second, internal sphincter around 5-7 inches into the colon. If you put pressure on that, it can be a bit uncomfortable. However, with a bit of work it can pop open, and you'll be fine from there on.

Use (lots of) lube, go slow, tell him if it hurts, and you shouldn't go wrong. :smile:

Seriously stop being a wimp. the extra inch won't make a difference. His girth on the other hand if significantly bigger to your previous sexual partner will hurt.
