Ok im getting seriously worried. Im a 19 year old guy and for the past few months I have lost interest in sex entirely. I never feel 'urges' and when I masturbate (which isnt often) barely any 'stuff' comes out
DO you think there could be a blockage or somethin!? Im seriously worried but could never go to the doctors its just too embarassing

drink a lot of water
or wait, maybe you've run out of sperm? i've heard that you're born with ALL the sperm you could ever have .... and if you run out, that's it, u cant reproduce sperm... in that case you should go shoot yourself

no you're thinking of girls.guys produce sperm from puberty...tilll you die i think...or till your balls look shriveled... which ever comes first
no... maybe my biology book is... it says that about the sperm thing ... so u be the judge
You're not going to run out of sperm . As far as I'm aware its constantly being produced, even if you're not ejaculating, as it doesn't have too long a shelf-life.
That you, or your biology book are wrong - sperm are not something you 'run out of'.
That said - reproductive systems seem pretty complex. To the OP, you said you'd "recently lost interest", so is the sperm situation a recent change? If so, would definitely recommend going to see your Dr. Or maybe a sexual health clinic if you're too embarassed to see your own GP? You can quite often not give you real name at them & I don't think yours will be the first they've seen.. (!)
That guys have an infinite amount of sperm, so that isn't the problem.
To the OP... If you're not concerned enough to go to the doctor, then chances are there isn't anything wrong and you're just not overly horny right now.
It could be a deficiency of certain vitamins and minerals. Zinc is certainly important for that kind of thing. There are certain things that can lower testosterone levels as well. That would have an effect. Do you exercise a lot?
Go see a doctor though. He could give you a blood test and see if there is anything amiss. Doctors see MUCH worse than this. Dont worry about it.
