You actually from ur stats appear very thin (bmi 18)- god i would love to be 8st 2 and wear a size 8, if you are worried about ur stomach though it could just be bloating - espically if it changes throughout the day, so maybe drink more water or try not eating bread/ milk for a few days to see if u might have a mild gluten, wheat ( same thing?? not sure..) or lactoce intolerance. Otherwise i know you cant spot reduce but doing some crunches and situps might help you feel better about your stomach.
But honestly at 8st2 i really would not say you are fat - u are only fat when u are like me and knocking on 11st at 5' 7'' x x
