In my SG English result I got an overall 2 :
Writing - 1
Reading - 2
Talking - 2

However, for both my solo talk and group talk I got grade 1's, so should my overall grade for Talking not be a 1?

I talked to the head of English about this and she said that even if she did make an error in processing it, she won't be able to do anything about it, is this true?

Also does anyone know the exact criteria the SQA requires to put together the talking grade?

I know its not really a big deal as I still got a credit pass and got into higher eng but you know ... a 1 would look so much better :L

There excuse is that the grade includes day to day class discussion and overall talking, but the thing is, me and my classmates all did involve ourselves and answer out, so I don't think it's fair for them to say that.

urgh

plus we were only informed about a solo talk and group talk, nothing about overall performance . . . I don't really think there's anything we can do, oh well

The talking seems incredibly arbitrarily graded.
