What A-Levels and degree do you need to take to become a stock broker? What is the competition like? Any help much appreciated

Be good with numbers and have a good personality.

Although it doesn't matter that much - A Levels.. er, Maths, Economics and perhaps something essay-based like History. Degree.. Economics, Management, Maths, Accounting & Finance etc...

The good personality thing is important. Being a broker is akin to being a salesman, and thats from people in the profession.

My mate wants to be one but only got a C in Maths at GCSE and is taking the AS Levels

ICT
Business (double VCE)
