I'm trying to cut out junk food completely and drink an excess of water a day. Im trying to keep up with a regular resistance cardio routine while eating 5-6 time small meals per day.
1st week started well, I maintained a decent diet and went swimming twice.
Looking to get a swimming membership then go swimming everyday or every other day and swim for around an hour
