Hey! Just wondering, Did they send you an email about getting a place at the Halls? I'm still waiting for mine and the Halls website is down. But I did apply for the Seething Wells ones, and quite a lot of people on the Kingston page on facebook have theirs confirmed. It's stressing me out.

Just so people know
the first letter is block, the number is flat, and the second letter is room.
A, B, C & D and normal rooms
E is the biggest room
F is the budget en-suite.

yeah nice place, be aware that the cleaners can be strict depending who you get, and check in the morning as you can't always make sure that there won't be a party the night before.

if you complain to reception/security things will often be done, read the tenancy agreement about noise, as that is one people have been caught out on.

don't set the fire alarm off at 6am or when people are sleeping as you will get a pissed off group of people.

Thee was always something going on, wherever you were.

you will be lucky.

You MUST have up to date security software and run ALL updates or it will cut out on you. Do the healthcheck thing.

It goes quick if there is barely anyone there, but can be REALLY slow if tonnes of people are using it.

Also it does someones stop working for everyone, had that few times, some were planned some weren't. Keep an eye out for notices, is usually on entrance doors and at reception.

I'm in E1E at Seething Wells! Looking forward to seeing you all in September!

I went to the compact scheme a few weeks ago and stayed in C block. The rooms are pretty small and the 'budget en-suite' is like a pod; literally. But over all, it's really nice accommodation and the walk into Kingston town is lovely! Just walk along the riverside and you'll end up there!
