Bad AS results . Help.

Hi there,
I got my AS results and I got the following;
Biology B
Chemistry B
Mathematics B
Physics D
I also got 5A*'s and 6A's and 1B and GCSE.
I want to do biochemistry at universities and I would love to go to KCL, UCL and maybe QMUL.
Is that achievable and what should I do so that I can go to those universities.
My teachers said they will predict me AAA and I dropped physics also.
How are my chances looking and can you be brutally honest?
