Woodward would pay 120M for him.
This season Ronaldo should become Real Madrid's top scorer of all time and most likely their top scorer in every competition.

I think after that he'll be more willing to go, knowing that his name will be in the record books for some time.

Still in terms of both Ronaldo is in a different league to Rooney. Ronaldo's pen rate is pretty good, and although his freekicks aren't as threatening as people make out statistically he's still scored some quality screamers. Rooney has the one whipped freekick (even then its not that good for that style) and his pen rate is worse than league average. His pen against the swiss was **** too, a better keeper would have tipped it over. Guess both are somewhat takers based off privileges rather than quality.
