I am very confused about what is classed as a science based A-Level. Obviously Physics, Chemistry and Biology are science-based. However, some Uni's class Psychology and Geography as science-based, while others don't...

I want to apply for Psychology at UCL. On the website it says "To include at least one, preferably two science-based subjects (Psychology is acceptable)".
If they are classing Psychology as a science-based subject, do you think they'll also class Geography as one too?

    Thanks in advance x

tbh, geog isn't really considered science-based, but a few unis accept it provided you're studying geography (e.g. Durham), so it probably won't be accepted for psychology.

    UCL's website says:

"Must include at least one, or preferably two, science-based subjects from Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Psychology or Mathematics"

So essentially they won't consider geog a science-based subject. Although you still stand a chance with just psychology

Ok, thank you very much. Yeah, hopefully they'll accept me even though I'll only have one science-based subject
