A guy's number.. what to do now?

Today i went ice skating with my mate, and there was this really buff dj guy. I kept looking at him but he seemed busy, but then i went over to ask the time because the time @ the skating place seemed wrong. He sorta smiled and laughed and said let me check mine, and he took out his phone n checked n told me the time. Anyway i said thanks and went. There was this other skatin guy who works there and ma mate knows him, so i asked him to get me his mates number. He went over to ask and he gave it to him to give it to me.

Now when should i text the guy and what should i write in the text? Please help its the first time i asked for a guy's number first! And is he interested?

At 7:09pm create a text that reads "hello there, i will pick some sweet potatoes from my garden, watch deal or no deal, make a cup of tea than sit on the toilet for half an hour while i neck a bottle of glenmorgan whisky, then i shall meet with you at the bus station and you can screw my brains out while we play monopoly"
