That so funny.
The fibre diet rocks.

You take a tablet with a glass of water and it swells in your belly to make you feel full.

5 minutes it vanishes into your intestine and you are back where you started.

Good idea, though.

Are they the same as diet pills?

A healthy, balanced one that doesn't involve popping pills instead of food, and doesn't involve half starving yourself.

Oh, and coupled with regular exercise.

There is no magic formula...

For ease of use, and balance I'd say Weight Watchers No Count

99.9% of them are completely crap, 'detox' is probably the worst.

No. "diet pills" claim to stop you absorbing fat from you GI tract using some shellfish devivative or something (its a huge load of tosh I assure you)

These are compressed fibre in a tablet which decompress when water is added, thus swelling up, making you feel full and in theory, remove the desire to eat. Which is crap also. You feel a bit funny for a few minutes and then *whoops* your belly starts growling again.

Hardly worth £20 unless you're really into growling.
No, slimming world, you are never hungry and can eat as much pasta or meat as you want

No diet really works. Just use your common sense and eat properly. Fruit and veg everyday and keep calories to a minimum (Or to your suggested daily intake)

Also I find not eating after 6pm helps weight loss.

I came off slimming world last week in favour of weight watchers no count.

See WW you can eat meat AND pasta TOGETHER without pissing about with Healthy Extras.
And no count you only count points for things like chocolate, same principle as syns.

Everybody is different and different diets work for different people. But most of them are complete ******** that make weightloss seem more complicated than it really is. Just eat what your body needs, don't over indulge, eat a balance of the right foods, exercise. And hopefully you will put out more energy than you take in and lose weight.
The simple fact is, if you want to change your body shape and improve your fitness, it's going to be hard.

Choosing these easier fad diets doesn't work. There is nothing wrong with the traditional low calories and fat, high exercise diet. Just ensure that you are burning more calories than you are consuming. You can't complain that it's too hard - it's meant to be.

Prevention is better than cure though. Just eat what you want in moderation and exercise yourself frequently.
Get a piece of cake and cut it in half. As its half the calories you can have twice as much.

Best diet advice ever.

Also, a balanced diet is a chocolate in each hand.

I agree...try to cut down on fat, and sugary things, and increase fibre, fruit, veg etc.
Hey
I went on the F Plan diet, and its the only diet that works for me. I lost quite a lot of weight on it, infact too much really so came off it. But basically its a high fibre diet, and you have to eat 2 portions of this stuff called fibre filler every day which isnt too nice, but full of goodness. Theres a book you can buy from amazon which tells you what to do. You have a limit of half a pint of milk a day, no juices allowed, as much diet coke and water as you want, apple and banana/orange a day, as well as 2 meals (alongside fibre filler for brekkie) You have a calorie intake and a fibre intake (20g a day) and the meals are all set out with the right intakes so you can vary the plan. Sounds complicated but very very good/ I honestly reccomend it. xxx

Weightwatchers is the easy way to do it. You can have anything you want as long as you dont go over on your points that day. It just teaches you to compare things. So a banana would be the same as a third of a chocolate bar. Both equal the same points but it's about being sensible and trying to go for the healthier options.
Atkins, i lost over 4 stone.

Defo not Atkins... Lose weight but it does bad things to your body.
