£10 bis will have a go at anyone who offer information

chest press, dumbell flies, shoulder press, deltoid raise. although all would be rather uncomfortable without the right equipment.

the best thing you can do is get to a gym. don't even bother with household objects.

I don't know if its the correct term but with dumbells try out the "chicken wing" lift.. where you have them at your side and lift them up to shoulder height.. seems to have done a lot for my upper chest.

except lateral raises don't work your upper chest at all..

no your right i think it works on the shoulders

what does work on the upper chest then? all i do is the curls and shoulder press.. and pressups

Reply 10

indeed. i've never known anyone to be able to 'chicken wing' their way to a good chest.

To be fair he does correct most information. I seen a lot of people on this board write too much **** in my time.

Posted on another thread but you did ask for household items...

You don't need money for this :

Some information is a bit old fashioned but the routines and diets etc are still sound advice.

You can do all of these exercises in your home - no cost

I done this a few years back - each lesson takes one week - by lesson six I was seeing some nice results.

do 1 thousand sit ups a day, you will have a 6 pack in about 2 weeks.

Yeah OK

You know, Bis doesnt aim to get all this weight training information, he just buys the books and visits the sites to look at the topless men. It's just, it was difficult to avoid the information while looking at them.
