no probably just hormonal!
I get sad for no reason at all just before and during my period.

My bf gets all worried when i start feeling grumpy and sad and start crying. he asks me what's wrong and i say - well, do you want me to make up a reason?! there's nothing wrong with me, just hormones!
he's used to it now!

I get this from time to time, then I am reminded of the good things in life.

Nooooo, i have moments like that all the time. Just turn some relaxing music up really loud and go and hideaway in a corner till you feel better.

I can go from feeling sad and unhappy to being really happy in the space of a single day.

This time yesterday I was feeling really miserable and almost burst out crying. There was no single reason. Just loads of things had built up over the last couple of days. None of which made me feel sad really and at the time I felt like crying I was just sat in a chair and if felt the urge to cry came from nowhere.

Yet today, I've been feeling really happy. Someone even aid to me they'd never seen me looking so happy before.
Going by how I was feeling last night, I've never have thought it was possible someone could have said this to me.

So, I think ti is all normal. Slight things can really affect you one way or another.

Just so long as you don't feel really sad all the time. That might be something to worry about.

I feel like crying right now. But then again it may be that trying to get a reading ticket is giving me a mild heart attack.

It could be lots of reasons.... like someone above has said... if there's been a few little niggling things that have happened recently they could have built up without you realising and the pressure now making you feel a bit down. Then again it could be hormones or even just the weather.... whatever it is treat yourself to whatever makes you feel better... have a bar of chocolate, curl up in front of the tv or have a nice warm relaxing bubble bath and take some time out for you.... Hope you feel happier again soon

It's probably yer hormones playing up on ya.
I've had it before and it sucks >.<
But when i get upset for no reason i get quite violent, not physically towards people, but like punching stuff, throwing stuff, and kicking stuff.

Happens to me all the time. I blame bad weather and thinking too much.

:ditto:

i seem to get it alot when i watch sad movies (the notebook) or listen to sad songs (moms soul collection hehe) but it helps sometimes coz you need to have a good cry sometimes!!

It happens...

Reply 13

Welcome to the real world.

Harsh, but true.

Reply 15

It happenes to me but not often, i was just estatic about the leeds line up and getting tickets hours ago and now i feel properly sad.

Reply 16

It does happen, but just watch out for it. If you feel any worse for much longer, or if you get any physical reactions (headaches, sickness), tiredness, you may need to get checked out.

Try eating some carbs - slow burning energy.

hmm feeling tired now, yawn*

Yeah I do, probably hormones.
I cried the other day cos someone was playing their music too loud and it was annoying me.
I also cried last week when I couldn't find a cheese grater cos I was fed up of my housemates using things and not washing them up.
One of those advantages of being a teenage girl I think!

Could be for a million reasons. Bad day, hormones, stress, fear, bad diet, psychological disorders, lack of exercise... Pinpoint or at least narrow down the possibilities.
