Bloated

hi all,
i have been having bloting problems for the last few months and the odd strange feeling in my lower right side of my stomach. im sure its not appendix as i havent felt sick and i have always had digestion problems so im thinking it cud be IBS or something? i just wondered if anyone had any advice on what food i should cut out and which i should eat more of to decrease my bloatedness? it often leaves me in pain and only goes away when i pass the gas.id rather try and make changes to my diet than go straight to the doctor as ive always had trouble with digestion and its not causing me pain all the time only when i eat too much or i dont eat for a long time.

It really would be a good idea to go to the doctors...it could be so many things, wheat intolerences, lactose intolerance, IBS etc. etc. you really need a proper diagnosis.
I am *exactly* the same as you - always had problems with digesting food but recently it has got a lot worse. I'm going to book an appointment with the doctor in the coming week, so I can tell you what he says. I find that certain foods such as...cheese or butter really make me feel awful. Or, if I'm hungry and I scoff down some food after school I feel totally sick.
