A2 ICT User Guide

Hi all, anybody have any help sheets that i can have on the A2 ICT User guide Section as it is giving me a headache on where to start.

Hiya

I haven't got any help sheets so I’ll just give some general advice:

Make sure the Guide follows a natural progression for example: installation, how to open the system, password etc.

This does however depend on your user’s ability, it they are IT literate, they won’t need tasks described in absolute detail whereas novices will!

Remember this is a guide on HOW TO USE YOUR SYSTEM, not Access/Excel, so make sure you go through all the relevant processes

Make sure you have a troubleshooting section, so ANY error messages that may appear are shown, and how they can be combated
