In my opinion, no. If anything, when they come out of their shell, they can be much more interesting.
No way. They are is anything more interesting when you take the time to get to know them.

Definitely not!! Usually they have a lot of character, just it doesn't become clear until you know them quite well.

quiet people are not boring people.
and besides
not all quiet people are shy.

there are many reasons for people being quiet and those people could be great when u get to know them... It really depends, maybe they just dont like being loud, loud people could be annoying!

quiet people are usually more mysterious, harder to find out what they're thinking. But generally the stronger friendships I make are with quiet people since i am usually relatively quiet myself. I do know some people who are always talkative outgoing etc but i tend to be closer with the quiet ones - the silence is golden

I'll say no as well.

I'm shy and quiet, but I don't think of myself as boring. I'd hope the people who talk to me don't think I'm boring either.
No chance

Definitely not. Take the example of my first two boyfriends: One was very very forward, and was completely unshy. The next very shy. I got bored of my first boyfriend so quickly, because after a couple of months I began thinking that there was nothing more to know about him. I've known the second guy for years, went out with him for almost 10 months, and still don't fully understand him.

Shy people are far more interesting. :P
I'm pretty quiet and shy, and my friends all say I'm quite the intrigue, because when they think they start to get an idea about me, something new about me comes up, and they have to re-evaluate their whole perception of me, and that keeps them on their toes.

id say if the person is shy then of course they arent boring they just find it difficult to start up a conversation. however i know people that are just quiet through choice and refuse to try and talk to you even if you try and thats just rude i think.
I know the most boring loudmouth.. Shes got a lot to say but lord almighty that girl is dull..!

Seriously, your worries are needless!!
No, shy people often have the best senses of humour.

You know that saying, watch out for the quiet ones, well it didn't come from nowhere!
Nah, they’ll listen to me - how’s that boring?!?! It’s people who don’t listen that are boring.

just because someone isn't shy doesn't mean that they spend all day long talking about themselves and give away their entire life story within 5 minutes of meeting someone!

shy people can definately be interesting, but not all shy people are interesting, some are just dead boring.

also, shy and quiet are not the same things at all. and the opposite of shy isn't being a loudmouth.
Some shy and quiet people can be boring, others aren't. It just depends on the person and their personality.

I think it is rude when people are just quiet through choice and refuse to try and talk to you even if you try. I'm like stuff you too!
