Hormones, still. Just because you don't get periods, doesn't mean you don't have hormones.

chemical imbalances, family/school/uni issues/pressures.

If you feel low, try having something like wholegrain bread/pasta/baked potato. Itsa slow-release sugar, making you happier for longer.
