Loosing/gaining weight on particular parts of the body

I dont understand my body, its so badly proportioned. When I eat it all goes to my boobs and upper arms and nowhere else  I confess I havent been exercising and toning up and I've increased a size on my hips :frown:
I have chicken legs, long skinny legs, why wont the weight go onto them? It doesnt even go on my thighs or bum (which is where its supposed to).

1) Anyway, I have a wide fat face, and I want to loose weight on my face, but how? Does anyone know? I have no cheek bones :frown:
2) Also I'm going on a diet so I can get back to a size 8/10, this is the first time I'm doing this, so any tips on what sort of diet to have and what foods to avoid or eat?
3) I'm also going to get back to doing toning/exercising three times a week for 30 mins. Does anyone know how I can increase fat/muscle on my legs/calfs?

heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelllllllllppppppppp me please, I'm hideous.

Apprently spot reducing is impossible...
However if ya reduce ya bodyfat in all areas, by running ect, then ya can tone up ya arm's/chest ect...

1) you have to lose it from all over i'm afraid, spot reducing is impossible.
2) the usual things. count calories, avoid excessively fatty foods, don't eat large amounts of food too close to when you go to bed, etc. just drinking water would make it a lot easier, too.
3) resistance training, for a little muscle obviously. or put on fat all over, but you obviously don't want to do that as it contradicts your first point.

whats the big problem with the fat going to your boobs though?

Y'know, 9 times out of 10 when a women says that, the exact opposite is true. Seriously!

Aaaanyhoo, I've found a good way of losing weight on all parts of one's body is to simply skip lunch. I had a similiar problem to you...I had a relatively 'fat face' (as you put it; chunky would be my choice of word), and I just went for about 12 weeks having a good breakfast and a good dinner and no lunch, and dropped from 16 stone to 13.5 stone in that time period.

Results? My face was noticably thinner (I have before and after photos, which are actually quite creepy to look at...), and I was just generally less flabby.

However, I honestly don't know if this'd help you. First, I'm a bloke, and second I did it when I was 14 (I'm now 19 and weigh...well quite a bit more now, but it's mostly through muscle that I put on from playing rugby and working out).

Another thing, don't press your legs to hard when you try to build them up, because if you expand your leg muscles too quickly, you'll get stretch marks on the sides of your knees and thighs...that's from first hand experience  and they are not easy to get rid of!

Hope that helps!

^ its not a good idea to skip meals and have two big meals a day at all, in fact its better to have frequent meals, but in small portions.
