No I can't actually. I tend to find that Google only shows up sites which charge for services when you search for things like this. And if you precede it with the word 'Free' you get loads of sites offering free trials.

Anything more constructive?

Look at bodybuilding forums - following routines on there keeps you in shape.

They have many articles, organized by topic type. You'd want to search for weight loss or cardio.

there needs to be a sticky on nutrition/fitness/weightlifting/health. people ask about it so often.
