cut the crap, count your average calorie intake, take a few hundred off.
Try eating fruit as snacks instead of fatty stuff!

Thats your advice huh? Anyone got anything else?
Excersising more helps loads! I used to be overweight, but then I started karate, running and swimming and I've lost tons of weight. I only run now, so I've noticed the weight starting to creep back a bit, but I'm gonna do a bit more exercise and eat a little less.

The trick is not to follow those crappy fad diets, too. Believe me, I've tried ALL of them x.x Something that promises dramatic weight gain is just too good to be true! If you find yourself wandering off to the kitchen to eat, even just due to boredom, try chewing some gum instead. Sometimes I go brush my teeth if I feel like I'm gonna eat a ton of chocolate, cause afterwards I don't wanna eat anymore for a bit (the chocolate just wouldn't taste the same!)

Anyways good luck ^_^ and remember: you CAN do it! x
If you REALLY can't cut out the sweet food try eating things like Tunnock's teacakes...only 90 calories.

Eat about 1200-1500 cals a day and do some exercise so you actually lose fat and get toned.Maybe a bit more in calories if you're male though.

If you REALLY need a bacon sandwich have really lean bacon....and have it on wholemeal bread like Nimble or something...this makes it less than 300 calories as opposed to 500 that a normal bacon sandwich would be.

Just try and find substitutes.

Of course the best thing would be to eat 5 fruit and veg a day and be healthy but if you're tempted by fatty snacks I'm guessing substitutes might be the best option?
You're teeth must be gleaming white

I snack SO much, especially when at home. So what I'm trying to do is have a glass or water everytime I wander over to the kitchen. Eat smaller meals throughout the day and make sure you don't get hungry. I find that if I skip lunch I'll scoff down so much at 5/6 o' clock.

Cut down on portion sizes but still eat what you normally do. Chew well and really taste the food, so don't eat infront of the tv.

I need to loose a bit of weight to for the summer. I've taken up running - I do it for an hour in the morning. Whilst your watching tv, do some aerobic exercises on the rug! That's what I do

will power - just think of the effects of having the a good body. Start off by doing loads of excercise, it helps and make sure to lay off oilly things i.e. fries.

Eat little and often. 5 x 250/300kcal "snacks" a day. Exercise more. Maybe make a meal plan, of approx what you're going to eat when. If you feel boredom coming on, distract yourself.. Go for a walk, do something constructive - get out of the house or something.
