Pregnancy Risk

I'm on the pill, but not in a serious relationship right now, so dont seem to worry about it as much as before. Still very close with my exboyfriend and slept with him on Saturday, i carried on taking my pill as normal until Thursday (yesterday) i forgot to take it until 6pm. Took the pill as normal again today, but tonight ended up with him again and didn't think about the fact i took my pill so late yesterday. I know you are meant to be protected up until 12 hours late when taking the pill but is there still any chances?? I am also very near the end of my cycle as i finish taking the pill on monday. Am i safe??? Or shud i be worried about the sex tonight as i took my pill late yesterday! :confused:

have the read the manufacturer's instructions because that will tell you more information then any1 here will give you. didnt you use a condom??

If the instructions you got with your pill say taking it within 12 hours is ok, it shouldn't be much of a problem, it should be ok.

It's only when you take more than 12 hours later when you need extra protection for a week, or if there are less than 7 days left til your week off, you should simply start the next pack straight away.

But from what you're saying, it should be fine. See a doctor or pharmacy if you have any worries.

You should be fine. If your worried about it then carry on taking the nect packet of pills without a break or get the morning after pill. I dont think it is anything to worry about though from my experience
