Annoying ex

Okay, ex boyfriend, dumped him a year and a half ago. Every so often I would get texts from him. Over Christmas he phoned me in the night and left a very drunken message on my answerphone. I told him to get lost and deleted his number.

could I get some kind of restraining order against him? Like, so he's never allowed to contact me? Or does he have to do something more serious than drunken texts and phone calls?

I'd go with the calling him up and telling him to get lost...If that don't work get your bf to do it, if that don't work post his number on TSR so we can all prank him  lol

a lot of the pay as you go operators won't block numbers

tell him that you don't want him to contact you again, and if you can get him to delete your number... or text with a fake number and tell him that's your new number, if he asks why you didn't text him from it say you're using up your old credit

get your boyfriend to beat the crap outta him...

if your bf aint strong enough, get someone to pretend to be your bf to beat the crap outta him...

simple...

you're ex seems like a needy immature desperate little b*itch who really deserves a pimp-slap...

good luck

GOOD IDEA!!!!!
All that u have suggested were good enough. If u are going to phone your ex make sure your current bf knows you are going to phone and tell your ex off just incase that annoying lad do some evil tricks to mess up the relationship between you and your bf.

I get a friend to reply to the next text and say it was their number now.

However, from what I can remember, I don't think you've enough grounds for a restraining order yet - but that’s not my speciality so don’t take my word as law there.

You can actually g to the police and file a complaint and if he contacts you like 3 time sthe police contact him its harrassment

Get your bf on him =D that'll teach him.
i dont know the full story to be fair, but it doesn't sound that bad? i mean i have heard of people who have been far more harrassed than a few texts/drunken messages! can't you just ignore it and rise above it all rather than getting enraged? afterall, he's probably only doing it to provoke a reaction.....
a few texts is hardly grounds for blocking a number or getting a restraining order!!
